i see a condradiction in these two verses.. and i
"it's time you quit going against the grain" -- implying that 'they' should stop being so individual.. and just go with the sheep flow
"My ideal
The way i can choose to stay or leave" -- introducing choice and individuality into your persona.
which leaves me thinkiing that/about your feelings being caught between the easy 'flow-with-the-pack' way of life and then the more challenging 'screw-you-im-doing-it-my-way' path.
